Jesús R. Abascal Santamaría is a seasoned cybersecurity expert in legal and energy sectors with a comprehensive background in information security, compliance, and IT governance.  He is currently serving as CISO at Plenitude España, leading cybersecurity initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards since December 2023.

Fernando de Pablo Martín was appointed Director General of the Madrid Digital Office in 2020.
