He acts as a trusted advisor to company Executives, particularly CEOs, COOs and IT Directors. In his over 15 years of experience, he has gained insight into the unique pressures executive teams face in maintaining a healthy balance sheet, whilst pursuing company aspirations, in the face of strict compliance requirements – he understands how business works. He currently works with Minster Law Solicitors, a leading legal services company in the U.K, where his main focus is helping the executive team build an effective Information Security Management System based on ISO/IEC 27001. He has a knack for communicating complex ideas in simple terms, a strength he finds very useful in his role. He is a qualified security professional with both the CISSP and CISM professional qualifications and also has an MBA from the University of Cambridge. With a technical background and business know how, Gerrad effectively communicates at all levels.
